Je souffre d’une addiction aux cookies… C’est comme ça. J’avoue, je n’ai jamais tenté de la soigner, sinon en essayant tout un tas de recettes différentes 🙂 Comme beaucoup, j’ai ma recette coup de cœur, celle que je fais quand je veux être sûre de réussir mes cookies, quand j’ai besoin d’un goûter réconfortant ou quand je veux les partager avec ceux qui m’entourent. Elle est riche en chocolat noir, bourrée de cannelle et je l’adore !
Et puis, parfois, j’ai envie de tester de nouvelles idées… Selon mon humeur, j’y ajoute du beurre de cacahuète, de l’huile de coco, des cranberries, du thé matcha… mais toujours, toujours du chocolat. Alors quand j’ai découvert cette jolie recette sur Dawanda, je suis tombée sous le charme ! Mais… j’y ai ajouté ma petite touche personnelle 🙂
Je ne vais pas vous mentir… « C’est bon… mais c’est bourratif », aurait dit ma grand-mère. Et elle aurait eu raison ! Il ne s’agit pas ici d’une recette légère et moelleuse, mais de bons gros cookies qui calent bien… C’est le chouchou de mon goûter du matin ! J’en prépare le dimanche et je les conserve dans une boite en fer pour la semaine. La recette est ultra-simple, prête en 30 minutes, cuisson incluse, et elle me permet d’utiliser mes jolies cuillers mesure cuivrées trouvées chez Maisons du Monde ! Parfaite, quoi 🙂
Pour 9 cookies :
– 200g de farine
– 50g de noix de cajou non salées
– 4 cc de thé matcha
– 4 cs de sucre roux
– 3 cs d’huile de coco
– 4 à 5 cs de lait végétal
– 1 pincée d’extrait de vanille en poudre
– 1 pincée de sel
– 30g de chocolat noir pâtissier
Commencez par réduire vos noix de cajou en poudre au mixer, puis mélangez les dans un saladier avec la farine, le thé matcha, le sucre roux, l’extrait de vanille et le sel. Mélangez bien. Ajoutez ensuite l’huile de coco et le lait végétal (d’abord 4 cs, puis voyez s’il y en a besoin d’un peu plus pour former une boule de pâte qui se tienne, mais ne colle pas aux doigts). Coupez le chocolat pâtissier en 9 morceaux.
Faite une boule de pâte assez grosse et étalez-la dans votre main. Mettez le morceau de chocolat au centre et refermez le cookie sur le chocolat en reformant une boule, que vous aplatirez légèrement. Recommencez avec le reste de la pâte. Faites cuire environ 12 minutes dans un four préchauffé à 180°C.
Le thé matcha donne à ces cookies une jolie couleur vert pâle et un goût tout frais que j’aime beaucoup, et se marie parfaitement avec la légère amertume du chocolat noir. En plus, il est plein de vertus : riche en vitamines, minéraux et antioxydants, il vous donnera un coup de boost ! Vous pouvez en trouver en magasin bio ou en épicerie asiatique.
Si vous voulez conserver un cœur fondant, dévorez les cookies dans la journée… Après ça, le chocolat se raffermira, mais il restera tout de même plus tendre qu’un carré de chocolat.
