J’ai eu la très jolie surprise de recevoir récemment plusieurs livres des Editions l’Âge d’Homme, dont un qui a été un vrai coup de cœur : « Végane sur le pouce ! ». Au menu ? Des recettes de diner à l’américaine comme je les aime, entre burger, onion rings, cheese-cake et petits pains gourmands, le tout en version vegan, bien évidemment !
C’est là que j’ai découvert cette recette de tarte chocolatée aux fraises dont le rendu visuel est – je trouve – absolument sublime ! Dans le livre plus encore que sur ma photo, j’avoue 🙂 Mais outre le rendu visuel, ce qui m’a donné très très envie, c’est d’imaginer ces belles fraises toutes crues sublimées par une ganache au chocolat !
Il faut savoir que j’ai toujours été fâchée avec les tartes aux fruits : je ne suis pas fan des pâtes sablées, encore moins de la crème pâtissière ou de la gelée qui les recouvrent bien souvent chez le pâtissier. La tarte aux pommes est mon plus grand cauchemar… Mais cette tarte est juste parfaite ! J’y ai apporté ma petite touche en utilisant dans la pâte de l’huile de coco plutôt que de la margarine, et en agrémentant la tarte de quelques copaux de noix de coco, ma saine gourmandise chouchou du moment ! Testez-la ! Oui, oui, c’est un ordre 🙂
Pour 6 personnes :
– 21 Oreo fourrés au chocolat
– 4 cs d’huile de coco
– 1 tasse de pépites de chocolat (200g)
– ¼ tasse de lait végétal
– 15-20 fraises équeutées (en fonction de leur taille)
– copeaux de noix de coco
Commencez par préparer la pâte : mixez au robot les Oreo jusqu’à la formation d’une poudre fine. Ajoutez ensuite l’huile de coco et mixez à nouveau jusqu’à la formation d’un mélange homogène. Chemisez de papier sulfurisé un moule à charnière de 20 cm et foncez la préparation dans le moule. Faites cuire 8-10 minutes à 175°C – ça sent bon ! Laissez ensuite complètement refroidir le fond de tarte.
Préparez la ganache en faisant fondre au bain marie les pépites de chocolat et le lait végétal. Versez la ganache sur le fond de tarte en en gardant de côté l’équivalent de 3-4 cs environ.
Disposez ensuite joliment les fraises, bout pointu vers le haut, en les pressant délicatement dans la ganache. Enfin, utilisez le chocolat restant pour décorer votre tarte, en faisant de jolies zébrures, si vous avez le matériel et/ou le coup de main, ou – comme moi – en « projetant » de la ganache sur les fraises – ce n’est pas régulier, mais c’est joli aussi ! Enfin, parsemez de copeaux de noix de coco. Placez la tarte au réfrigérateur a minima 1h, mais laissez-la à température ambiante environ 30 minutes avant de servir.
Et oui, les Oreo sont vegan ! Du moins dans la recette classique et celle fourrée au chocolat. Mais vous pouvez prendre tout autre biscuit qui vous fera plaisir, aussi… Pourquoi pas des cookies, ou des speculoos même ?
Pour les fraises, essayez d’en choisir d’un calibre à peu près identique – surtout en hauteur. A défaut, n’hésitez pas à couper les plus hautes (ça vous fera une bonne occasion pour en dévorer quelques morceaux en cuisinant… ce n’est pas de votre faute, c’est pour le bien de la recette ! 🙂 ). Si vos fraises sont peu sucrés, parsemez-les d’un peu de sucre en poudre avoir les avoir disposées sur la tarte.
